Be honest with yourself. Only you know to what extent you are letting yourself get distracted from achieving your goal, and only you know if it's just an excuse your selling to yourself.

All of the above 8 reasons we give ourselves that help us procrastinate are not good enough reasons to hold us back from the potential we have. So, acknowledge the 'eight waits' and then purge yourself of them.
