Hi Kathleen,
To clarify, are you trying to add images to a post/page? If so then you can use the editor within your Wordpress text editor to do so. From the 'Insert' drop down menu you should be able to add images without any problems.

Under Site Email, I am unable to choose a domain because the name of my site
is not there.
if your domain is not hosted here at WA, then you will not be able to create email addresses
you will need to go to where your domain is hosted and create your email address with that provider, provided that is a service that is offered
