Rather than having a big huge chunk of content to read

Well that is what you could promise to send your subscribers when they join

A kind of checklist they could follow or a guide to using for whatever you think would be of interest to them

See what posts they are signing up on and work with the content you have there

Offer a calendar of events about the niche you work with

You know like product releases, marketing events, concerts, and things like that

Some people love to know when things like that are going to happen
