Headline Formulas

There are a lot of headline formulas that you can use, which take away some of the effort of coming up with a great headline and you can use them over and over again. Here are 5 examples.

1. The Secret of [blank]

People love to read about secrets because they're curious about what they don't know or might be missing out on. Share your knowledge with the reader and show the benefits.

2. Little known ways to (blank)

Very similar to a secret but not used as often. This type of headline can sound quite intriguing.

3. Get rid of (problem) once and for all

This is a great formula to use because who doesn't want to get rid of certain problems. Providing solutions and remedies for your readers is very attractive.

Okay - this headline may sound pretty revolting, but I'm sure you can think of different ways to use it.

4. What everyone ought to know (blank)

People don't like to think they don't know things that other people do, so their curiosity is aroused.

5. Here's a quick way (blank)

Who doesn't want a faster way to do things?
