That's all there is to it. Now you have a Contact Form on your new page right where you want the visitors to see it. And without adding another site-slowing plugin.

Went to do this and I don't have WPSS Contact Form when in the text area. What do I do now? Is it possible my theme doesn't have this even though I have WP Spamshield?

I'm sorry, Denise. I don't have a definitive answer for you. Have you updated the spamshield plugin? I'm seeing updates almost daily lately. You could be right about the theme, though it's on all the themes I've looked at. I must also remind you it's only on "pages" and not available on the "post" editor.
