In the WP dashboard, go to the setings section and click on WP_Spamshield. You see the big blue box that appears with a bunch of text and links.
The link called "Contact Form Settings" is where you can do a bit of customizing to your form. "Adding a Contact Form to your Blog" is where I found instructions from RedSandMarketing.com and the ease of use surprised me. This is where I found out just how simple it is to install this form.

Went to do this and I don't have WPSS Contact Form when in the text area. What do I do now? Is it possible my theme doesn't have this even though I have WP Spamshield?
