Text Widgets can be found in the admin section shown below
What you need to do here is choose the Text Widget as shown
From the drop down arrow, highlighted by the red square, you can choose where you want this to go
The best place to put this is in the last right hand side widget area
Once its there, then you can then click on the widget to open up the box as you see below
Now this is where it gets more interesting. Because you can call the box legal
When you click on the Link Icon, it will open up a box into which you can insert the Privacy Policy Page
Once that is done, then you repeat the process for the FTC page
When both pages are added, click save and your blog should look like it does below
The Reason For this process is because it makes your blog look Professional.
It also saves space on the top navigation menu, which is the bar that has your ABOUT and Reviews Tabs on it.

However as a Blog owner, who is an affiliate only for digital services, there is not so much emphasis to have the FTC Disclaimer displayed, but common sense says it is better to be open and honest about commissions you earn from products
