#4. I need to focus on what matters

Why did many bloggers blog for months and years and still called it a quit despite all the efforts, time and spending invested so far if not that they didn't focus on what matters?

How would you not find yourself in the same situation soonest if you don't stop wasting a lot of time on the needless and start focusing on the needful? You can make your way to getting financial freedom if and only if you can focus on what matters starting from now on. That was where many bloggers fell and that is where many will continue to fall.

If you really want to become successful in this business, start doing the following:

#1. Create helpful and topically-relevant content: Your content must be helpful and topically-relevant for it to rank well in Google. It must be engaging and quality must be your watchword while making content. I feel for the hundreds of bloggers out there who run after quantity instead of quality. It's so unfortunate that they've been chasing mere shadows and nothing profitable would come forth.

#2. Engage your audience through site and social media comments: As you've just read in our previous lessons, you would do well by keeping people engaged. You will find it so easy doing this once you've mastered and are ready to implement working tactics. You will realize that you can only keep those people active at your site by engaging them and helping them solving their blogging problems.

#3. Build bonds with bloggingbuddies and get high quality links: This is the most crucial step for you to take if you really want to have your financial freedom on time. This is a must for you if you want to build an online empire in reality. Build bonds with pros and get high quality links to your site which will help you get a good Page Rank in Google.

#4. Answer questions genuinely and help people out: This is what you will continue doing consistently and you will start seeing pro blogging results soonest. If you want to build a network, you must consider helping other people out by answering questions through platforms like Quora, forums, Yahoo Answers and lots more.

Israel, you have the ability to know the difference between important and not.

Good job, and thanks fo the post.

I sometimes need to be "centered" and filter out the importance in my life!

Direct and to the point Israel...I always look to minimize any unnecessary energy in order to better manage my time.

Being new to this I will take your opinion as solid advice...still in the learning stage, so I'll visit again as it all sinks in.

Thanks for your effort and time.
Respect, David
