Know Your Niche Audience's Preferred Communication Style?

Emphatically, not all members of the same audience use the same communication style.

Literally, it’s understandable that different people do not communicate the same way. What about members of your audience with identical psychographics who still have some differences?

When to communicate

Getting to know the appropriate time to communicate with your specific audience is instrumental in achieving marketing goals. Would your audience prefer to receive emails weekly, monthly or bi-monthly? When is the most likely time of the day or day of the week that your audience may prefer to open emails?

Where to communicate

Once you’ve figured out the right time to communicate with your audience, the next step should be on considering where they always love to hang out. Most bloggers find that members of their niche audience spend some good time hanging out on some platforms like YouTube, Social Channels, Forums and Online Communities, their own email inbox and RSS feeds.

As a matter of facts, no brand would ever want to waste a lot of time launching/communicating their niche products and services on platforms not regularly used by members of their specific audience.

As social media would remain a great channel to start growing an audience, you’ll need to turn them into email subscribers so you can have these people nurtured in a long-term relationship. While social media continues to become more crowded and noisier, you’ll do great by having a direct medium of communication with your subscribers leveraging email marketing.
