In this video you will find a quick demonstration in how you can categorize your posts and not just put them into one category.

I recently came along a website for one of my interests where I had seen on the sidebar their categories (it was 12 or so) and each category had a count how many articles are available under each category.

This I found very intriguing and of course I had spent quite some time on this web site, browsing through some articles which also had caught my eye.

I always try to see things from both sides, the becoming Online Marketer and also the customer/visitor.

I personally never have spent much thoughts about using Categories, but recently had made some changes to my website by switching the majority of pages into posts.

Here is the video link in how you too can do this: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/how-to-co...

So you can only use categories for Post and not Pages? Is that correct. Sylvia thanks for making this video. It is quite helpful.

Yes, the category section only exists for posts. When I was only using pages, I did create my own categories in form of a drop down menu.
This was very time consuming though.
So I changed it and just have pages for a main purpose and my articles are now in the post section where I have created different categories, as you can see in the video.
