This awesome lightweight plugin works out of the box. In other words, there are no settings for you to configure.
But you can easily test it by signing in to your WordPress website from two different locations or two different browsers on your computer (or using the incognito mode).
And yes, you'll be able to successfully login using a second browser, but the plugin will automatically terminate the old session! Clicking on any link in the previous browser will take you to a new login page ...
Simple and efficient, isn't it?
As you can see it's extremely easy to stop users from sharing their passwords in WordPress by blocking concurrent logins.
