I am going to insert three shortcodes in the sidebar widget area (using the native Wordpress text widget) in order to display the total number of posts, the total number of pages and the number of words in all posts.

The given short codes:

[sbs_posts]

[sbs_pages]

[sbs_word_count_all]

And here's the live result with my new stats displayed in the sidebar:

Simple and efficient isn't it?
