Just head over to any post or page on your Wordpress site, and you'll see a brand new upload field in the comments area:

And that's it!

A few final words ...

The uploaded images, documents and files will be stored in your Wordpress media library.

Which means that you can delete any uploaded file whenever you want. This will delete the given file from the comment section without affecting the actual text comment.

Due to the nature of uploadable files I strongly recommend you to enable comment moderation and moderate all your comments before they appear on your website!
