Once you saved your settings simply visit any post and you'll see the plugin in action.

Here's the live result in my case:


Also, you'll have the ability to hide the inline related posts link at individual post level. All you have to do, is to opent the given post in the post editor and to check the "Post without related posts" checkbox in the "Related Posts" meta box:
