Is extremely simple ...
Simply open your targeted post or page in the Wordpress editor and you’ll see a new "Add Form" button in your editor menu:
Click it. A popup window will appear where you can select the form you created earlier:
WPForms will insert the given shortcode ...
... and here's the result after publishing the post:
More than that, WPForms comes with a widget that you can use to add your feedback form in your sidebar (or any other widget area).
Go to Appearance => Widgets and simply drag the WPForms widget in the sidebar widget area:
And voilá, your custom feedback form in your sidebar:
And that's it my friends!

How many plug ins can you have on your site before it’s slows down and can you custom make the feedback sheet?
I have seen the plugin before but I have no idea how to use it. I thought it is for lead capture. Thanks for taking time and created this. Appreciated.
