Pages, unlike posts, need a main menu to call home. In this training I'm going to show you how to create your first main menu using your customizer.
First, open up your dashboard and go to Appearance>Customize>Menus
Easy enough right? Now let's move on to naming them.
Since this is your first main menu, you'll need to name your menu and create it.
I usually name mine "Main Menu" cuz I'm just original like that.
(You can name yours after me if you like, Eric Cantu, and I'll send you a thank you note in the mail every year on the anniversary. No pressure.)
Name your menu and hit enter. Now let's add some items to this Main Menu.

I'm really glad you like it. The initial learning curve when you start this awesome program can be frustrating just because our human nature wants results NOW, but the great thing is that once these first steps are learned, they're that much easier the rest of the way.
