In case that you will want to regenerate image sizes for selected images, you'll have to access your media library using the List View...

If you want to process a specific image, simply hover your mouse over a given list item and click the "Regenerate Thumbnails" link:


And if you want to process multiple specific images, you can use the "Bulk Actions" drop-down menu after selecting one or more images:


As you can see, it's really easy to fix those ugly, distorted old thumbnails after changing your theme ... Cool, isn't it?

Note: please keep in mind that regenerating images sizes does not affect your original upload and does not delete any previously created image sizes! It creates additional copies of images in the newly defined sizes ...
