Its a huge problem online with fraud and spamming and its always the innocent that get caught with the malicious clowns out there trying to con people out of their hard earned cash, so rather than let countries into this community that are known for spamming its easier if we just stop them so that if they are serious about doing great things with their lives online then they will pay the money and go premium straight off.
DISCLAIMER......not all clowns are from california :D
Its just a shame that the minority spoil it for the majority of people from those countries
So this is why some people can join as a free member and some cant

This is AWESOME! I've had some people ask why they couldn't join as a free member - and this explains it all! I've even asked in the chat room a couple times, but no one could tell me why others couldn't join when they tired (as a free member!)
