To install your internal link, go to Word Press - Edit Post and post your content. Find the word or words you want to use and high light those words. Then click on the link icon at the top of the page. A box will come up that shows link options, click on that. Next you will see a box that says Insert/edit link. You will see a list of your posts and pages. Select the one you want to link to and click on it. The URL will show up on the url line. Then click Add link.
