Once you have selected the image you want you can save it to a file for images appropriate to your niche.

To make the image more personalized or to include some text with it you can upload it to Canva https://www.canva.com/

Once in Canva you will see a row of templates. Click on +More and you will have an extensive range of templates

Choose the one which best fits your purpose. Note the size of the template underneath it.

I am choosing Facebook Post.

On the left hand side bar there is a tab to upload your image. This is where you can insert the image you have saved from Google images. .

Put your cursor on the image and push it across to the blank template.

Thank you Melissa, I only realized this aspect of Google images a few weeks ago myself so thought others may not know also.

You are welcome Melissa, I was a bit anxious about doing it because I thought everyone else would know and I was the only ignorant one.. It is good that there are others like me, I don't feel so bad now.
Thank you.

Thanks , I use Google images all the time. If they are too small, which they sometimes are:
1. go into Canva
2. set the size above 200 pixels by 200 pixels (I usually use 250 pixels)
3. import the picture
4. download it and you'll be able to use it.

Thanks Harvey, you are an expert, I am a beginner like many others and I was unaware that you could filter for free to use images.till recently, so figured others would be the same.
