Adding Link Buttons In WordPress

In the block editor, carrying out this task is quite easier, the editor comes with an inbuilt block for buttons but with the classic the game is different.

Since we have been on the classic, we will have to add a plugin called forget about shortcode button.

This will add the insert button icon to your post page as shown below

On clicking on the insert button, you will see the interface below, where you can do the following

  1. Add colour to the button
  2. Change the size of the button
  3. Add text to the button
  4. Add the link to the button
  5. Open the link in a new tab
