Thanks for your great articles, Parameter. I'm following you and getting back in the groove with your excellent topics and comprehensive content. Well organized, relevant, and well done!

In the old days, Cloaking was called Bait and Switch, while the copied content you describe as one type of Poor Content was called Plagiarism.

I've always been disgusted when people do these things, and am glad to know these create a loss in the long run for the Cheaters.

Much appreciation for your articles!

Thank you RoriO,

I appreciate your kind words and I have returned the follow.

The black hat techniques are not focused at providing value to the audience rather they concentrating on ranking on search engine.

In the short term they seam go generate result but in the long run they lead to customer dissatisfaction, lose in authority, trust and search engine ranking.

Thank you for always been there

This article is practically a history of things I have tried over the years... make that over the decades. A lot of these things were considered the hottest ideas when they first came out, but now we know better.

Wahoo,

I am glad seeing someone who is familiar with these methods. As you said, they were hot then, but now they don't work again. Search Engines algorithm has changed towards customer satisfaction. It is better for both us the publishers, the users and the entire business itself
