Well here with go with some training on Leadership
I read a great book a long time ago by Robin Sharma and its called "The leader with no title"
Amazing book and I remember thinking how cool it is to lead without a title. Now saying that I became an Ambassador today within WA and feel so grateful for this place, not because I can walk around going I'm an Ambassador" because people close to me will think I'm kinda weird however what this does mean for me is that I can do trainings and help people on a deeper level here in WA and no, you don't have to an Ambassador to create trainings but it feels better knowing I have earned a place in WA to really get stuck in and do more proactive work which feels great.
OK,, What is Leadership? Leadership is simple really. It means you help people by what you have learned and they learn from you and then they hopefully help more people and this is Leadership.
Nelson Mandela, John Lennon, Mother Theresa, and 1000's more people were great leaders and we have some amazing leaders right here in WA and the way to lead is by example
Leaders become leaders by being a true representative of what they believe in and how they behave and you and everyone else on this planet could become leaders if you choose to be.
Leading without a title is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and I hope by reading this quick lesson today, you will choose to be a leader with no title.
A title can be stripped from you within a second but true leadership can never be taken from you so today, please be the Leader that you are

I have studied for a very long time so it's not so much intelligence but learning hon
I will write a new training down the track but would love to see how you get on with this one
