As humans we have 10000's of thought every day and a lot of them are not the ones that help us move forward.

For example. We are set to write a post for our sites and a thought comes into our mind. "I can't think of what to write about"

Have you had those thoughts? Comment below if you have please,

This thought that entered our mind is a programmed behaviour thought that stems way back to a time when something happened in our lives and we felt inadequate or we lacked knowledge or a parent or teacher growled or something negative occured.

In our subconscious mind we have stored crap from our pasts and it is time to let it go for good today

So How do you you gain power over your mind?

  • Acknowledge you have had past experiences that were not so good
  • Say out loud- This is now and I am living in the moment
  • Today I am free, full of inspiration and I write with ease and enthusiasm
  • I am a great writer and I am helping people with my content every time I write
  • I am filled with ideas and creative ways of writing great content
  • My mind is always coming up with new ideas

Everytime you feed your mind with positive words of encouragement, your mind accepts whatever you feed it.

So from this moment, you will not allow anything negative enter your mind and you will say NO out loud if a stupid unworthy load of nonsense tries to enter without your permission.

Yes,, YOU ARE INCONTROL OF YOUR MIND!!!

Not the other way around

I have worked with 100's of people who have overcome the ones mentioned above through many techniques however one of the most powerful of all is, yes, you got it, Mind Power.

For the next few days, every time a negative thought decides to arrive in your mind ?Tell it NO and think of something positive directly after you speak ?Eventually the negatives will have nowhere to play and will leave your life for good. This takes a wee bit of time as remember the programming has to be rewired and you need to be in control of what enters your mind at all times ?
5. Write a list of 10 Qualities you have. This is the a minimum however the more you have the better
6. Write down 10 qualities you have. The list can be more than 10 of course but you must have 10
7. 3. Here is a must do task to complete before you come to the next training ??Write a list of qualities you have and this list has to contain a minimum of 10 qualities you have and the list can be as long as you like ??Your next list is 10 things or more of course that you are really good at and remember 10 is the minimum for this list
8. Write a list of at least 10 things you are good at. This list is not limited
9. Write down 10 things you are good at- more is great of course but 10 is required

Hi Vicki, I loved this training and it has definitely inspired me to start writing a plan as I do seem to be all over the place at the moment. There is just so much to do and it gets quite over whelming at times, but I can see how having a proper plan in place will help with this. I'm getting on it now.

I have studied for a very long time so it's not so much intelligence but learning hon
I will write a new training down the track but would love to see how you get on with this one
I do apologize for the double up on the tasks - I made an error buts it is ok as it is my 1st training and these things happen
