Among another of the many factors that Google rewards on a page is the time that a user remains viewing a product. Online reviews will keep your users on the page for longer. The longer the time, the more interesting that content is and therefore it deserves to be in the first results.

How to manage opinions online

It is just as important to encourage your customers to leave reviews on your website as it is to learn to manage them correctly. It is almost inevitable that a customer will show their dissatisfaction publicly if they have had a negative shopping experience, but these problems and complaints from your customers are a great opportunity to demonstrate your good service and turn a disgruntled customer into a loyal user.

If a salesperson is able to efficiently solve a customer's problem and it is reflected publicly, this customer will feel heard and valued. Both this person and the rest of the clients who visit the page will take at least a positive image of the business. And most importantly, it will build trust.

You’re absolutely right. Transparency is the heart of every online business especially now that almost everything purchase wise is going online and customers are going to need our trust. I think is a must have system as long as both positive and negative reviews are allowed to be there otherwise customer can see through it because nothing is perfect.
