We all would love to optimize our operation, and keeping order in our records and in our correspondence is essential.

We might understand how to get things in order, but the house cleaning has to be maintained. A simple maintenance schedule can be:

  • Check and clear email, as described, every single time
  • Choose a declutter day in the week when you get everything in folders and send documents to the archives
  • Choose a date at the end of each quarter to check our libraries

Never underestimate the value of order. When starting up, it might not seem necessary but when it becomes a habit it will serve you well as your business grows.
