Create a Morning Routine



You may have heard this one many times... or maybe even not. But success starts at the beginning of the day, so you need to set yourself up for a good one!

Create a morning routine for yourself that best prepares you for the day and gives you energy!

Now, a routine is not just doing the same thing each morning..like get up, brush teeth, coffee and work. It is specific and focused in preparing your mind and your body!

Here are some things to incorporate in your morning routine:

  • Get up on the first alarm ring! (watch this video about the 5 Second Rule). You will be surprised at how much this habit alone gives you energy.
  • Drink 2-3 glasses of water
  • Exercise or at least do stretches for 10-15mins. This prepares your body.
  • Meditation or Breathing Exercises (if you don't like the concept of meditation). Just simply focus on your breathing.
  • Write out your Clarity Goals for the day. What is the one thing you need to get done no matter what! Do one for work related, business related and personal related.
  • Eat something nutritious and not heavy.

Now start your day! :)
