By clicking the image icon you are given two options: Upload manually, where you can upload your own images into Site Content; and Search over 1,000,000 images, which will bring up the categories of Site Content Images.

As you can see in the screenshot, I have used Animals, purely as an example, you would obviously use a category applicable to your niche.

Once you have chosen a category applicable to your niche, click Search.
