Adding social media buttons

Once you have installed and activated your Husle plugin. Go to Social Sharing in your hustle Wordpress dashboard and 'create a new social sharing'

Once done, this page shows up:

In the next page, scroll down and refine your settings.

Tips

Just make sure to give your settings a name like 'share' or a name that suits you.

Do not use popup. Go for the Widget.

Save all along.

Copy the code. You will need it in the Husle widget.

Go to Dashboard>Appearance>widgets

Drag the Husle widget into your sidebar (or wherever you want to place it).

Select your opt-in (remember the name you gave).

Give a title and save.

Done.

The husle plugin allows you to add an opt-in for your personal social media settings. Same procedure.

In my next training we will learn how to make our mailinglist with hustle.

Hi

Great training hustle now set up and live on site.

Just wondered how I can get it so whenever someone clicks on pinterest or any of the other social media it takes them directly through to my home profile page.

Would appreciate any help

Thanks
Mark

Hi Mark,

Glad you liked it. After testing many plugins this one is quite complete...

Most of the documentation and faq are here: https://premium.wpmudev.org/projects/category/plugins/

Normally you can post to social media or lead to your own social media. I guess your question is the latest, right? The one i did not explain...

Hi Mark... thought so...

Go to huste plugin and create a new social sharing... but customized (see image)

just click custom... and add your links... make sure to give a proper name like 'my social links'... further procedure is as usual ... best is to use as wIdget in footer

Hi

Sorry - just one last question or two -

Setting the URLs in custom mode works fine but is there anyway that i can enable click counter on it as well - it only seems to be in default mode ( not sure it makes a big difference to people clicking on or not ).

Also, is there a way I can add a follow button on my home profile page on pinterest ?

Thanks again........any help appreciated.

You quite provided the answers...
No counters on the follow, only the sharing indeed

I am afraid you better seek a button plugin to which you add the link. Or a button widget to which you add the link.

Most professional themes, in their light versions provide the follow me on ... icons and have a button widget. The one i am thinking of now is site origins... they have great variety of applications and their light versions are top... https://siteorigin.com

There are many others, but i find them very reliable... no surprises

Very good choice and training, so many new members struggle with both of these business setups

email forward is the first step to having your website email go to your personal email account, but there are a few other steps that must come after that [setting things up at your email account and with siterubix] which I have covered here but you are correct that there is a difference between webmail and email forward, most people miss that second tab 'email forward'

This would have been so handy when I set mine up the first time. I figured it out from watching the training videos, but this visual shortcut is awesome. Thank you!

I cheated... I had my husband do it. He's a programmer. I've been trying to do all this stuff on my own, for myself, but that one I needed the assistance. I'm glad I've got him around. :)
