Comments are a very important part of your site and you will want to manage them wisely.
They can give your site authority and how you manage them reflects who you are.
At the same time, poorly managed comments can be detrimental to you and your business.

Great presentation, Shawn...do you find it helpful to allow comments on your sites? How much moderation does that take on your part? Just curious...if this sounds dumb, well, I'm still in the basement finding my way back up!
