The first thing we need to do is go to the comments setting page in our WordPress site.

To get there we must sign into or website, and go to the dashboard.

Once in the dashboard, look down the left side for the settings tab.

Hold your mouse over the "Settings" tab and a drop down menu will appear.

We want to click on the discussion tab in that menu.

You will be taken to the following screen

Great presentation, Shawn...do you find it helpful to allow comments on your sites? How much moderation does that take on your part? Just curious...if this sounds dumb, well, I'm still in the basement finding my way back up!

I allow comments on most of my posts. They can be extremely helpful in ranking.
managing them is not a big deal as you will see in the next tutorial. :)

Like I always say, the only dumb question is one not asked. :)
