So, we have learned how to access and manage our comments.

As a reference I will explain how I manage mine on a daily basis.

• Once at the end of each day I will go into my comments section and first check for any new comments.
• If any are there I will read and and assign them accordingly between approve, spam or trash. Any new comments I will answer right away. ( always answer your comments in a timely manner )
• Next I will check my spam folder to make sure the comments there are all spam, then I will delete all that are. Any that I want to keep I will either approve or mark them "not spam" This will put them in the pending folder.

Note: When your site begins to get considerable traffic your spam folder can fill up rather quickly and slow your website down, so it is a must to stay on top of this.

• Last, I will empty the trash folder and close up the comment section.

I hope this helps you keep on top of your comments, as they can be a very good tool in building your online business.
