First we need to sign into our website, and after we get signed in, there will be a comment bubble on the top of our site. (See below) We will want to click on this bubble.

This will take us to the following screen

All of your comment options are across the top row. You can choose to view all comments, pending comments, approved comments,spam comments,and trash.

Note: The comments that are in the spam folder and trash folder should be deleted on a regular basis as they will slow down your site. You may want to check and make sure they are all actually spam in the spam folder but this filter is 99 percent accurate.

The second row is for the actions you want to perform.

Lets take a look at the first one, bulk actions. This tab has a drop down menu that is pretty much self explanatory.

You will use this to either approve comments, unapprove comments, mark comments as spam and mark comments as trash.

You will choose an action and then click apply.
