I listed everything I could come up with about optimizing a page. This is what I've found out, so far.

On-page SEO helps you learn how to increase traffic for your website. Google spiders find, crawl and index your website pages properly when use on-page optimization. You can help Google and other search engines interpret and understand what your website content are all about.
On-page optimization is everything you can do to your website, while on your website. This another way you help its ranking in the search engines. Optimization is about presenting solutions to the users so that they can find your services and solve their problem fast.
What Determines Your Page Rank?
Your page rank is also known as page position in major search engines. This is where your site pages will show up in the search results, from search queries. These queries are usually performed by other users looking for your product or services.
If you want to get the best possible position, you will want to have a plan to activate and monitor every SEO on page element. When I arrived at this section of my research, I was shocked at all that goes into ranking a page.
- ENGAGEMENT SIGNALS is how users are interacting with your website.
- SEARCH VISITS only coming from people using a search engine.
- TOTAL VISITS on the website regardless of where they come from.
- DIRECT VISITS is people typing in your direct domain in the URL bar.
- TIME ON SITE is the amount of time that each visitor spend on your site.
- BOUNCE RATE calculates the percentage of people leaving your site who only viewed one page.
- PAGE VIEWS is how many pages users of your website have viewed in total.

Basic to Advance On-Page SEO Elements
Basic on-page element to-do list that affects ranking on website.
Meta title - It’s important to insert your page title into the HTML meta title tag. For local business you’ll want to add your business name, city, and state.
Meta Description - Give each meta description an unique description. This will help the user get an idea what the post is about. Your description can help your CTR if setup properly. It's ok to use a likeness of your keyword in your description. Use the keyword in a natural way. Include a Call To Action and keep the description at 140 or under 160 characters. Never let the auto-generator provide your description. (local SEO should add: city, state, and target keyword)
NAP - Name, Address, and Phone Number should be placed on the website. (local SEO)
Plugin can slow down your website load time. But, I do recommend getting Yoast SEO or All-in-One SEO plugin. They will make your SEO job easy. Check that their updated
Advance on-page element to-do list that affects ranking on website.
NAP in hcard - Have a hcard coding inside of that location page when sharing NAP info; hcard are like image alt tags
Location Page - Create a contact us page and an about us page for each location you have. One page per website even if you have only one location, include a map.
The proximity of Address to Centroid - downtown/city center. (Better to rank if near the city center)
Domain Authority of Website - Build lots of fresh content on the website. Include reliable resources, internal links, pages, videos, etc.
Mobile pages - Create mobile landing page/splash page with a map and a call to action on a single page
Local business:
- Manual Citations
- Local Directories
- Social Profiles
Niche sites:
Check the competition website for their backlinks and target the one's with high authority. Request quality links from authority sites using the following formula.
How To Do Good Link Building
Link building is the art of getting high quality websites to link back to relevant content on your website. The number of quality backlinks to your website will become a factor of page ranking in the search results. Make them count.
Find a page you want to get a link from
Find broken links on that site/page
Let site owner know about the broken link on the post. Offer to have them backlink to an article that you are doing good on.
LINKING ~ On an average, you should place an link in your content every 300-400 words. Link to Internal/External links. Use description rich anchor and title text to link.Link to 2-3 relevant articles on your website and 1-2 high ranking relevant articles on another website.
Find authority websites using google search and the keyword you're trying to rank for, click on the news tab and add relevant links to your website.
Rich media content, you’re going to want to keep it relevant to your website. I’ve included a list of rich media content.

Use of multimedia
URL Structure ~ Use the breadcrumbs sitting to help users know what page they are on, and to help with the navigation of your website. Breadcrumbs will see that bot get around your site.
Sitemap is for indexing your content and images.

Some Additional Optimization Elements
Confirmed by Google, HTTPS is used as a ranking signal. Does your website have an SSL? Are you hosted with a dedicated IP address. Buy a SSL certificate to protect your site visitors.
Image alt tags ~ The keyword should be in the file name, use - (dash) and not _ (underscore) to separate the words. On the image title use the keyword and naturally describe the image in the description alt text section. Size and use a compression software to optimize your images.

Content Relevancy
Relevancy is important when it comes to creating content for your website. Does Your Content Belong In the Garbage Of Shame, or on The Wall Of Fame? Would you recommend your content to anyone you know or do business with? These pointers can help you create content your reader will want more of.
Basic Content Guideline:
Use keyword phrases that include long tail anchor words.
Create amazing content first. Highlight the keyword by placing it in the title, url, and naturally throughout the content.
The length of your content will play a role in ranking your website. Long content tends to rank higher because they contain more information and value. If there is not enough content on the page, then your website or page may not get indexed or will rank low in the search engines. You can elaborate on a topic to expand the content and capture it relevancy. broaden your writing vocabulary
Use canonicalization to prevent duplicate content.
Redirect when you’re moving a web page. Using a 301 Redirect will let search engines know to preserve the page ranking.
Be Sure to include synonyms of the target keyword. Add a variety of the keyword into the content will prevent from over using the main keyword.
Change the URL slug to the short url using the keyword.
Create your title for humans and not for the search engines. Make sure you use the main keyword phrase and keep the title at 70 characters in length or less. Try to avoid stop-words in your title; such as and, the, but, to, for, or, ect.
Add H2 - h3 using a variety of keyword and benefits
Ask for feedback, advice, comment, or opinions. You want to increase user time-on-page. Boost user engagement/activity. Comment counts as a micro conversion which helps in ranking. Clean up irrelevant/spammy comments.
