A webinar will give you the chance to drill down into the topic of your popular posts. It is an opportunity to buttress your points, give suggestions in detail, give life examples and answer questions.
The keywords people used to find your blog is also very important. If you have already installed JETPACK, check the site stats section, or check the google analytics under (Acquisition - > Keywords - > Organic).
I will, however, advise you to hold off until you know the technical aspects and basics of running a webinar.

Hangouts on Air is integrated with YouTube. Your webinar will go live on your YouTube account. To get this done, you will first have to connect your Gmail account with YouTube (you can create a new Gmail account for this purpose).
Download and install the Hangouts plugin in your browser.
Note: To run webinars with long durations (above 15 minutes), you will need to verify your youtube account.
