Yes! If you've read so far, it's good.

Now you have to take the robots.txt and upload it to your hosting account where your website is found.

For example, if you use WA hosting, connect to WA host using CoreFtp, which is a free ftp uploader.

After connecting browse to the "httpdocs" folder and upload the robots.txt file there.

If you are using Hostgator or Hostmonster or any hosting plan that has Cpanel interface rather than the Plesk interface in WA hosting, you just upload the file to your "public_html" folder.

Then What? The Search Engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing will automatically find the robots.txt you have uploaded and start indexing your website.

As simple as that, though i know it SOUNDS complicated.
