On this page notice in the right lower corner you will see the Meta box right under categories.
This is why your box is showing up on your site.
Also down the middle of the page you will see a tab labeled Meta ( see below)
Point your pointer at the Meta box in the right lower column and left click the mouse.
Now drag this box back to the middle column Meta tab.

It definetely gives a more professional look to the website, and I really like them to be as clean as posible, since the meta box doesn't have utility for customers it's highly recommended to remove it.
