First off, I want to share some great resources I have found for overcoming writer's block. If you have never heard of it before, there is an online training platform called Udemy that has so many amazing paid and free trainings. You can sign up for them and complete on your own time. Each training has a mix of written and video tutorials and you can find training on almost anything. One of which, is overcoming writer's block. Another part that I love about them is that there is always something on sale. So, if you come across a training that is too expensive for you, you can save it and wait. At some point it will probably go on sale, and for a really good price!

As you can see above, these are some of the courses that come up when I typed in "writer's block." You can filter your results as well so that you can find exactly what you are looking for. Udemy is huge though, so feel free to have a look around for youself and unlock the potential of learning!

Thanks for sharing Leah! I also found the free-writing exercise pretty powerful to overcome writer's block, you may want to try that out too :)

Oh cool. I'm trying so hard to not go off and learn anything anywhere else until I've worked through all the training here - and there's so much am not sure I'll ever be done. Hehe.

Thanks, Leah. I found this most informative and useful. I don't necessarily come short of things to post about as much as I do when it comes to the actual writing. I'm not a very talkative person so it is a definite challenge for me to get conversational in my posts.

All the best,

Brian

First step is knowing what you want to talk about! So you are doing better than me most days! haha

Thanks,,.writers block is horrible...I know it, I have been there and step all the time back to it...the worst is when you know exactly what you want to write about, you have your keywords set...but then the big empty nothing....
Will check out Udemy for those courses...good tip!!!

Yes, I hate sitting and staring and the words won't come out. Especially when you know what you want to say, but not how to say it! That is where I have got really good at creating potential posts...Titles, couple headings...save for later lol
