If you have never done a slide show or video (6 & 7) you could substitute straight article submission sites (chicken?) in their place. However I would like to encourage you to go for it. It is not all that hard and ads extra free traffic from a completely different medium.

What I do is create a 4-6 slide show presentation in power point. A boiled down version of my ezine article with either light background music or an actual voice recording of the slides.
Once you have the slides and sound recording you can load them to YouTube and later Viddler. This step can be done using all of SlideShare's tools, or you can create this on your desktop with software like CamStudio or Camtasia. I like to use Audacity for making my sound track and then insert it into my Camtasia video of my Power Point slide presentation.

Sometimes a previously free to use resource switches to paid version only. This is currently the case with Viddler. Just "Google" free video service" or something similar and you can find an easy replacement. I have several YouTube accounts and just stick with them. This is what IM is all about... learning to be flexible and creative when problems arise.
I had a few things going, but this makes it a little clear.
