Of the above three I would suggest at least using FTS Free

Backlink Booster has initial cost and set up time and is a bit complicated but after that you can ping and submit to social bookmarking sites with little effort. Your are basically submitting 100s of back links automatically to bookmarking, ping and social sites and funneling them through an intermediate website you are not to concerned about that is connected to your money site. This creates a massive link juice funnel to your money site without risking it being de-indexed. Also crates a massive RSS feed that funnels all juice to your money site. Works well but a bit techy.

I haven't used Quality Backlinks for awhile because it is a bit time consuming and if you don't get those profile links early you will loose the ability to post to about 30% of the sites since other marketers are racing you to get the links before webmasters block submissions. To offset this I always posted to the end of the list first and worked my way backwards to the front.
