Mindfulness Meditation Builds Compassion
Compassion is a genuine sympathy for hardship or suffering that other people are experiencing and a desire to ease it..And what we do for others will always return back to you.
Let the flow of kindness manifest through you, so that you will begin to to see the world you live in more truthfully. Start by sending a meaningful message, practicing the act of kindness, and by showing unconditioned love to everyone.

The ability to have and show compassion. Unfortunately not everyone uses compassion, which is a shame, being compassionate is a wonderful quality and can be a truly joyous feeling!
