The next step is to write it down what are the 10 most important topics that are coming out of the research (blog plus internet) about the subject of the book.

Always aim to:

  • State the problem;
  • Give important background information that will build the audience knowledge on the subject;
  • Solve the problem, make the audience happy, and ready to buy the next one.

Organize the chapters in the format above, then write 3 bulle tpoints outline for each chapter. Finally go to your website and find the blog posts that match that!

Give birth to your "baby"

Get prepare to officially give "birth" to your ebook, it was a beautiful ideal with the amazing chapters and outline you created, now it is your baby, you need to feed these chapters.

Your blog content is a gold mine, a very valuable source for multiple ebooks. Before you start writing the conclusion, start to work in the second ebook, it maintains you extra motivated, and will make the promoting and market part, which we will go in later stages a personal commitment because you already started to work in a second ebook, you are building a brand.

Great tutorial on starting an ebook and to profit from it. I personally have not thought of an ebook for my website but going over your tutorial now has me wanting to start one.
