CHOOSE YOUR EBOOK TOPIC
Mine your blog for topics
One of the biggest mistakes that bloggers make is to make a list of their high performer blogs and make them into an ebook. Escape that.
First, get a piece of paper or open your Microsoft Word software, write down what are the categories and sub-categories of your blog.
You need to have at least 20-30 posts in one category or sub-category to become an ebook material!
HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR BOOK TITLE
Know the rules
I like to make the title shorter, and then the subtitle more descriptive.
• Short: short titles fit in URLs, tweets, and almost anywhere; you have to utilize them; in addition, they are easier to type and say.
• Easy to remember: much of the publicity for your book will be verbal. Make sure your title is memorable with the goal that potential readers can recollect it when they find it or purchase it later.
• Descriptive: your book title or subtitle ought to incorporate keywords that depict the most crucial thing, individual or main benefit you are providing and demonstrate its significance.
• Indicative of your book's genre: the title of your book should provide potential readers some insight into your book's type or at least not confuse. You don't want your drama to seem like a self-help or satire title.
• A preview, however not a summary: your sub-title should give a teaser of your story, yet not part with everything. Leaving something unanswered will motivate potential readers to purchase your book and get the answer they need.
• Simple: try to limit your title to a couple of ideas. Attempting to fit in several extraordinary or unrelated topics just make it complicated and harder to follow.
• Easy to pronounce: if your title is too hard for the vast majority to articulate, it may cause them not to purchase.
It may also be harder for individuals to suggest your book to their friends.
Finally, make sure that words together do not give a different meaning than what you meant or have a sound that reminds them of something else, not related to your topic.
