Product and service reviews are a natural fit for affiliate marketing web sites. You have products and services to sell through your affiliate links and your target audience wants to buy online.

You can help them choose the products best suited to their needs and profit from it at the same time.

Most Buyers Now Research Purchases Online

These days, when someone is considering a purchase, they will probably do their research on the Internet. They are going to go online and type queries like:

  • Best {product_name}
  • {product_name} reviews
  • {product_name} complaints
  • Where to buy (product_name}
  • Does {product_name} work

The list could go on and on.

You want your site to be one of the first websites those buyers find when they do those online searches. As you build out the content for your niche website, reviews should make up a significant percentage of your posts. It is a natural way to work your affiliate links into your writing.

Thank you Tom...Now about reviews:

1st. step is to Post about something pertaining to your niche and then from content Post you link to your review Post. Is that correct so far?

2.. From each Post does it matter how many reviews you link to. Is there a limit for the number of linked reviews as long as what you are doing is related and makes sense?

Question we should always have our review follow as a link from our Post? We should not automatically skip a review and send directly to the source; is that right?

Hi Thomas,

Yes, whenever possible, link to a review rather than directly to the product. Now, having said that, I do sometimes skip the review part and go to the product page. In lesson 7 I talk about "Micro Reviews." These are quick mentions of a product and usually link directly to it.

As to the number of review links in a post, as long as you are linking to your own pages and posts it is OK to have several. You want good content and not just a list of links but, otherwise, it is OK to have multiple link sin a single post.

Thank You for your help. I too would hope tp help you in some way.

OK..so I can from the same post link to several different post reviews..correct ? I got that.

What do you mean?...I want to make sure I understand what you mean when you say......" as long as you are linking to your own pages and posts"? Do you mean linking a post to other posts that
are yours but are not reviews? Please explain...

What I mean is a page or post that contains a referral link to the product you are talking about in the post you are linking from. Usually that is a review but doesn't have to be. It could be a splash page or landing page for example.
