Make sure you click on save changes!

You are finished. Your updates will be done automatically on the schedule you set and you will not have to do manual backups anymore!

You can now leave the page and write a blog!

Excellent tutorial. I'm happy with my backups, but it does not have a restore button, so I'm thinking of switching to this. Have you tried the restore button to see how it works?
