Remember our original text?
Now look at it after I removed the adverb "just" and made two sentences instead of one long run-on sentence.
See how easy that was?
When I read the sentence originally, I thought it was fine. I saw nothing wrong with it. Now when I compare the two, I clearly see that the second paragraph is much better than the first. It is much clearer.
Now I am going to clean up the entire short story and let's see what that looks like.
Much better isn't it? I left three adverbs in the text because I liked them, but the story would have been okay without them, too. Now I have 0 of 22 sentences that are hard to read and 0 of 22 that are very hard to read.

Interesting product, and the price is right.
I have a love/hate relationship with Grammarly, because I am a poor speller and Texas is where I learned to communicate. We have as do all regions, our own acceptable way of expressing ourselves.
This is an app that might help there. Also when you have lived as long as I have, writing in the past tense is reflective of my memories.
It would be helpful to have help with that as well.
Thanks for the information,
Sami
