This is lesson 3 in my course on How To Use ScreeFlow Software and explains the importance of making sure your audio settings are correct before you begin recording. I've been in the situation when I first started producing screencasts that I didn't check my audio properly only to find that it was poor quality and I had to do the whole movie over again.
