Once you have chosen a category you will get a list of companies that meet the criteria for that sector. These will be displayed in a table format.

This is is fairly self explanatory. This shows the companies conversion rate that is worked out from current publishers getting sale conversions using this advertiser and promoting their products.
Approval Rate: 100%
This shows the chance you will have in getting approved by this advertiser to sell their products. This advertiser doesn't reject anyone as it's 100%.
EPC(earnings per click) £2.39
This is the amount of money paid from each click-through on one of your links.
Payment Status: Green
There are 3 coloured levels pf payment standards for Advertisers - red, amber and green. According to Awin, they are described as:
Green offers accelerated payments
Amber: publishers get paid after the advertiser has been paid
Red: not that you will find any red but if you do then is shows advertisers have issues with payments and are to be AVOIDED!
Average Payment time : N/A
This shows the amount of time it takes payments to be approved, Some advertisers take 30 days some longer, our company pay almost straight a way or at the next payment date.
Product Feed
Product Feed : No
You will either have a yes or a no in this box, this is a widget from the advertiser so you can add products onto your page.
Launch Date 08/08/17
Tells you when the advertisers went live on Awin.

I do want to clarify that the $5 payment is not a fee, but rather a anti-fraud device. The credit card company had to confirm your identity to issue credit to you. Fraudsters never want a network to confirm their identity. I wrote about it in depth here - Why does Awin want $5 to join their affiliate network?
