Change the post heading and permalink
Open the post you want to change and look to the header section of the post.
Change the heading to fit the new year.
Click EDIT at the end of the permalink.
Make a copy of both the old and the new permalink - you will need them later. Save them in Notepad or somewhere similat.
Then click the blue UPDATE button to the far right to update the post.
