Can someone talk to support here at WA for me ? Somehow my computer dumped my windows 10 and all my training and levels are gone ? I have tried to email kyle and the support team 10 times !!! No answer ? There has to be a way to re-insert everything from WA to my computer ? I am a premium member here at WA my name is Mark Matsko The website training pages wont let me back in ?

What do you mean by they won't let you back in. You don't have your login? Where are you trying to get back into?
This website at WA . I had to use a different user to get in here to get help somehow ? My levels and user and email noyhing will let me back in ? Windows 10 dropped everything here all my work as a premium user ?

If you've lost your login info then it's just a matter of getting it back and you'll be right back where you left off. I'm sure it's frustrating but it's a simple fix once you get it back. There are a million members here, so it can take a couple days for Kyle to respond, especially on a weekend. I'd message both him and Carson explaining your situation and you'll get your login info back. Don't worry :)

It's a bit funny, this was going to be my first simple training a bit before they made the change, and I was not sure how the training area worked...(needed training to know how to create training...Lol) Just kidding, I figured it out when I did the Edit Media Training...
